Terms and Conditions
GENERAL RULES
- Guests are expected to observe and abide by all posted rules for our facilities
- Profanity, Abusive/Loud Language, or Disturbing Behaviour will not be tolerated
- Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages is not permitted in common areas
- Parking in authorized areas only, please do not park on road
- Speed limit is 10km for all vehicles, including bicycles
- Quiet time shall be observed from 11:00pm until 8:00am
- Music is not permitted after 10:00pm
- Loud music is not permitted at any time
- Fireworks are not permitted at any time
- Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits only
- Fire bans must be observed when in place
Failure to comply to any rules will result in $150.00 fine per offence
MOTEL, HOUSE, & APARTMENT
- Check In 4:00pm & Check Out 11:00am
- No Pets allowed in Motels, House or Apartment *Unless Pre-Approved by Management
- NO SMOKING inside Motel, House & Apartment
- Please put Cigarette Butts in provided containers *Do Not Throw on ground
- Please do not remove towels, provided in rental units, for the beach
- Dishes must be washed upon check out
*Failure will result in a $30.00 fine
RV CAMPSITES
- Check In 4:00pm & Check Out 1:00pm
- Quiet generators may be used during the following hours: 10:00am-Noon & 2:00pm-4:00pm
- Management has the right to ask you to shut off your generator if the noise or exhaust is impacting other guests
- Up to 3 Pets are allowed at RV Campsites
- Pets must always be on a leash
- Pets must not be left unattended
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
- Out of respect for other GUESTS, dogs barking excessively, showing signs of aggression, and/or causing disturbance, will be asked by Management to be removed from the property
Cancellations
Guest will be charged in full upon booking. Reservations cancelled more than a week in advance are eligible for a full refund. Reservations cancelled within one week of the reservation will be charged a late cancellation fee of $25. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours and no-shows are subject to full penalty and are ineligible for a refund.
